By registering an account on ClosetLink, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify ClosetLink immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may upload clothing items, images, and related content ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant ClosetLink a limited, non-exclusive license to display and share it within the platform. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
You agree not to use ClosetLink for fraudulent transactions, scams, posting counterfeit or stolen items, harassing or impersonating others, or any activity that could harm ClosetLink’s reputation or technical systems.
ClosetLink provides tools for buying, selling, or swapping clothing. Payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). ClosetLink is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but may assist in resolving issues at our discretion.
ClosetLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time through the app settings.
Your personal information is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your data is handled.
ClosetLink is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClosetLink is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
ClosetLink may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
